Services Tailered to Your Needs

We offer engineering services to help drive down your energy costs.  Our services help your organization move on a path of continual improvement to meet your operating cost goals.

INITIAL STEP
ENERGY ASSESSMENT

We perform detailed energy assessments to identify energy savings opportunities that will reduce your facility’s operating costs.  This process will deliver a comprehensive list of opportunities along with energy and cost saving data and estimated implementation cost.  Typical assessments deliver dozens of proven opportunities totaling 10-20% in energy savings with high return on investment.  Projects are evaluated and ranked based on payback, size, and ease of implementation to provide immediate action, short-term investment, and long-term project groupings.  Our Energy Assessment will provide both quick fix improvements and fill your project portfolio for several years.

UTILITIES DESIGN

Drive low cost / no cost savings at your facility by placing an energy engineer at your facility. An energy engineer will spend time at your facility as part of your team to identify and implement energy projects to completion. The engineer will spend time both identifying, quantifying and developing larger energy projects while also identifying and implementing low cost operational opportunities.  The engineer will also evaluate and verify savings from energy projects that have already been completed at the site to make sure they continue to achieve the savings.  This step is for facilities that have done assessments/energy projects but need assistance in implementing low priority project and sustaining the savings from previous projects.

Ensure your facility operates at peak efficiency.  Under this program, an energy engineer will monitor your facility’s big energy users daily.  If the performance degrades, the engineer will investigate the issue and then report to the facility contact on corrective actions.  The energy engineer will also be available to the site to answer any energy related questions they have and help them evaluate the impact of changes the facility is planning.  Furthermore, the energy engineer will visit the site bi-annually to review the performance of the equipment and identify new opportunities and improvements.  This program requires the engineer to have access to metering on major energy consuming equipment.  Our engineers can work with data acquired from your existing meters, or we can propose new or additional meters as necessary.  During an initial facility assessment our engineers will work with your staff to identify the appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your facility and then evaluate the current metering to construct a final metering plan.

Our staff of licensed Professional Engineers can provide full design services for all utility systems (Chilled Water, Compressed Air, Fans, Generators, HVAC, Industrial Gases, Pumps, Refrigeration, Steam, Water).

Not sure if the energy project you have been proposed is valid?  Need help evaluating the savings to report to your shareholders?  We are here to help.  We can provide assistance to you in your energy project installation from reviewing the design/specifications to providing verification and savings reports upon completion.
