Paolo Baldisserotto - Principal

Paolo has been performing energy assessments and delivering energy projects since 2000. During this time, he has performed hundreds of energy assessments in different manufacturing facilities including food and beverage, wood products, medical devices, brewing, and more. Fluent in Italian and Spanish, Paolo has completed energy projects in the US, Mexico, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ireland, UK, and Italy. Paolo is detail oriented and enjoys the opportunity to analyze complicated systems to determine the best course of action. Rather than relying on rules of thumb, he approaches each opportunity with a clean slate to ensure the opportunity is feasible and achieves realistic savings.
Greg Rupert - Principal

Greg started his career 25 years ago working as a process engineer for a large consumer goods manufacturer. Since then, he has founded two successful technology and engineering companies. As part of his responsibilities Greg has developed, designed, and constructed numerous industrial energy projects. Greg's unique experience working both as a consultant and as a process engineer allows him to identify actionable projects that can be implemented without adversely affecting plant operations. Greg holds professional engineering licenses in 15 states.
